Indigenous Owned. Woman Owned. Built on Experience.
Ori Solutions is an Indigenous owned and woman owned consulting firm built on collaboration, experience, and a shared commitment to creating meaningful solutions for Indigenous communities and governments. We work alongside communities to develop practical, community driven strategies that are grounded in Indigenous perspectives, local priorities, and long term goals.
Founded by three partners with diverse professional backgrounds, Ori Solutions brings together a broad range of expertise under one organization. Each partner brings their own perspective, knowledge, and experience, allowing us to approach challenges from different angles and develop solutions that are thoughtful, practical, and tailored to each community's unique needs. We believe strong relationships, meaningful engagement, and Indigenous-led approaches are key to creating lasting outcomes that support community priorities and future generations.
We believe organizations should not have to navigate multiple consultants to move one project forward. At Ori Solutions, we bring together the expertise needed across the full project lifecycle, from community engagement and strategic planning to funding, service design, capacity development, technology, documentation, training, and ongoing support.
Our approach is rooted in collaboration, relationship-building, and a deep understanding of Indigenous and community priorities. As an Indigenous-owned firm, we work alongside communities to develop practical, community-driven solutions that honour local knowledge, support self-determination, and create lasting outcomes. Through our network of experienced professionals and collaborative model, we build the right team for each project while ensuring all aspects of the work remain connected.
More Than a Consultant
As an Indigenous-owned and woman-owned firm, we understand the importance of building relationships grounded in trust, respect, collaboration, and accountability. We are committed to working alongside communities, not working on communities, creating solutions that organizations can understand, use, maintain, and build upon long after a project is complete.
We believe the best solutions are created with people, not simply for them. That means listening deeply, respecting Indigenous knowledge and local priorities, and ensuring communities are active partners throughout the process. Our goal is to build capacity, support self-determination, and create practical solutions that create lasting value for communities and future generations.
Our Commitment
Our Approach
We start by listening and building relationships. Every community, organization, and Nation has its own strengths, priorities, challenges, and vision for the future. We take the time to understand where our clients are today before working together to identify opportunities and create a path forward.
From there, we work collaboratively to develop strategies, strengthen capacity, support Nation-building, and implement solutions that reflect community priorities and build long-term resilience. Our approach is grounded in working alongside communities, not working on communities, and in bringing together Indigenous knowledge and Western approaches to create practical, lasting solutions.
Our work can span the entire journey:
Discover → Strategize → Design → Build → Empower → Support → Transform
Whether the need is a funding application, strategic plan, community engagement process, workforce development initiative, governance support, new website or application, staff training, or ongoing support, we bring together the right expertise to help communities and Nations turn their vision into action.
Building Capacity. Creating Opportunity. Lasting Impact.
The strength of Ori Solutions comes from bringing diverse perspectives and areas of expertise together. Our three partners provide complementary experience, while our broader network allows us to bring in specialized professionals when needed to meet the unique goals of each project and community.
This gives our clients the flexibility and depth of a multidisciplinary team while maintaining the simplicity of working with one trusted organization and a team that remains connected throughout the project journey.
At Ori Solutions, our goal is simple: to help Indigenous communities, organizations, and Nations turn their vision into action through practical solutions that strengthen capacity, support Nation-building, improve services, and create lasting impact for current and future generations.
